Looking for the family of Lewis Twigg ex Footballer.

I am trying to find any members of the family of Lewis Twigg he was born in Buxton in 1921. His fathers name was Ralph. He played football as a Goalkeeper for Buxton Football Club and then went to play for West Bromwich Albion in 1945/1947.
He went to Burbage School.
I would be very grateful for any information on the family.

I believe that I knew Ralph Twigg when I was a young boy in Buxton in the early 1940's. If it is the same one, he was a friend of my Grandfather - William Phillips - he would have been in his seventies at that time. My memories of that time are a little fuzzy but I do have some recollections of the times as a young boy I spent with my Grandfather and his old friend.
